ponderings from the ponderosa… ok i’ll stop.
the thoughts keep flowing, but i don’t have the time to write them down. i’ve gone from completely dead on the work front for a week (which was nice time off) to full steam 16hr days. at least 2 in a row that is. i just launched a new theme on my blog and i have not had time to write posts for it. i’m behind and i’m feeling bad again.
so it’s back to the word processor to try and get at least a post for tomorrow nailed together. wish me luck.
it’s important to be honest in what you write. as a blogging friend once said, our words mean things. i hold this as a fundamental part of my writing, and i believe it to be a root characteristic of my personality. i write with meaning, i write to say something, i write to be heard.
to write anything without having the intention of sharing honestly, is deceiving. that doesn’t mean that fiction is deceiving, but writing without honesty is deceiving. i suppose that’s just how i choose to view what i’m trying to do – be honest and share solutions or ideas to make things better. it’s what i’m after in the end, honesty.
Hi there, this is a place where I’ll post more thoughtful pieces. Things that won’t fit into the categories of social media, personal branding, mobile lifestyle, snow/winter/outdoor blogs. This is where I’ll experiment with poetry. This is where I’ll post things that only my heart knows, and the few I share the URL with will see.
I plan to share these words with few people to start. For this is the place where I hope to write from the heart, unabashedly. This is the space where I hope to share who I am at the deepest reaches of my soul. I hope that I find what I’m looking for, because right now, as of this post… I don’t know what that is.
